• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Payment terms:

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are set by individual interviewers
• All payments are processed securely
• Refunds are subject to our satisfaction guarantee policy

Session policies:

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in charges
• No-shows are subject to full payment
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or interviewers
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

InterviewPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
